All the prices include the full restoration and re-finish in one of three colour options, all adaptions to the drawers as required, all the drawer internals will be painted and lacquered, any issues with the drawer runners will be corrected all drawers will run smoothly.
New handles in a range of styles will be fitted and a quartz top will be added this will have the holes cut in the correct place to work with the basin and tap you plan to use

Delivery Included
We deliver via approved private blanket wrap couriers this service covers most parts of the UK every 2-4 weeks. if your local to WN7 and wish to collect the price will be amended to reflect this, if your local (within 25miles) but would still prefer a delivery again we'll amend to price to reflect this.
For parts of the country not covered by our couriers I.E. Northern Scotland, Wales, Norfolk, a surcharge of £45 will be added to cover the additional costs.

Custom and personalised orders
All my furniture is handmade to your exact requirements I don't have a stock standard unit so no two units will never be exactly the same every one is unique
I use only very well aged timbers that are recovered from reclamation and salvage yards
Sizing details
I would ask that you send me a basic sketch of your ideas with measurements I will than create a scale plan confirming your measurements once these have been approved production dates will be confirmed
Care instructions
All my timber is sanded to a 320 grit finish so the surface is smooth to the touch and guaranteed splinter free.
I them apply a minimum of two coats of Osmo hard wax oil that is hard wearing waterproof and eco friendly
Every vanity has "care for pack" and instructions with cleaning products included
Gift wrapping and packaging
I don't offer a gift wrapping service my washstands that are delivered by carriers are packaged on a palett and then shink wrapped for protection.
The washstands I deliver personally are not wrapped.
