Instead of paying for your new items up front, we offer the option of paying a £100 non-refundable deposit payment, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your confirmed build date.
The deposit secures a build slot & gives you the chance to finalise exact details.
Once you’ve placed your deposit payment I will contact you to discuss all of your unit requirements.
Please note we do require full confirmation of your order details with-in 7 days of order.

Custom and personalised orders
All my furniture is handmade to your exact requirements I don't have a stock standard unit so no two units will never be exactly the same every one is unique
I use only very well aged timbers that are recovered from reclamation and salvage yards
Sizing details
I would ask that you send me a basic sketch of your ideas with measurements I will than create a scale plan confirming your measurements once these have been approved production dates will be confirmed
Care instructions
All my timber is sanded to a 320 grit finish so the surface is smooth to the touch and guaranteed splinter free.
I them apply a minimum of two coats of Osmo hard wax oil that is hard wearing waterproof and eco friendly
Every vanity has "care for pack" and instructions with cleaning products included
Gift wrapping and packaging
I don't offer a gift wrapping service my washstands that are delivered by carriers are packaged on a palett and then shink wrapped for protection.
The washstands I deliver personally are not wrapped.

Purchased a bespoke w.c unit and basin vanity unit from Simply Bathrooms. I'm delighted with the finished products. So well built with fabulous attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon as he helped me to navigate the process from start to finish, enabling me to get exactly what I wanted. The bathroom fitter is equally impressed with the furniture. Amazing communication throughout and David even personally delivered the finished items. Highly recommended!
