All our furniture is handmade to order in our own canal side workshop in the heart of Lancashire the images you see are of previous customer orders, if you wanted something a little different from the styles we currently offer or you wanted us to replicate a style you have seen elsewhere, please contact us directly we are always open to new ideas.
Our Settle XL WC unit is handmade to order and will be built to work around the concealed cistern you plan to use, widths between 900-1000 mm and depth between 200-250 mm are included for the same price, for larger sizes please contact us directly for a quote.
Please note when considering the unit size to fit your concealed cistern, our timbers are thicker than most normal cistern units, we are happy to advise on sizing if you can confirm the cistern and toilet pan you plan to use.

Like all of our bathroom furniture, this Settle XL unit is handcrafted using sustainably sourced reclaimed timbers. Full of character, shown through knots, grain patterns & imperfections, means each piece is completely unique.
Its finished using Osmo Hard Wax Oil which means its extremely hard-wearing, completely water-resistant & will never need to be re-sealed. Its is available in 11 stunning finishes including: Oak, Rustic Antique Oak, Amber, Honey, Clear, Raw, Terra, Black, White, Light Grey & Dark Grey Graphite.

Delivery:
We provide delivery through approved private blanket wrap couriers, which is included in the unit price and covers most areas of the UK. For regions not serviced by our couriers, such as Northern Scotland, Wales, and Norfolk, we offer a pallet delivery service. An additional surcharge will be applied to cover the extra costs. Please contact us directly to confirm the price before placing your order.

Custom and personalised orders
All my furniture is handmade to your exact requirements I don't have a stock standard unit so no two units will never be exactly the same every one is unique
I use only very well aged timbers that are recovered from reclamation and salvage yards
Sizing details
I would ask that you send me a basic sketch of your ideas with measurements I will than create a scale plan confirming your measurements once these have been approved production dates will be confirmed
Care instructions
All my timber is sanded to a 320 grit finish so the surface is smooth to the touch and guaranteed splinter free.
I them apply a minimum of two coats of Osmo hard wax oil that is hard wearing waterproof and eco friendly
Every vanity has "care for pack" and instructions with cleaning products included
Gift wrapping and packaging
I don't offer a gift wrapping service my washstands that are delivered by carriers are packaged on a palett and then shink wrapped for protection.
The washstands I deliver personally are not wrapped.
